We’re excited to report that the RethinkAction project was presented at the EuroGEO Workshop in Krakow! From 8-10 October, experts from across Europe gathered to discuss – among others - synergies in Climate, Energy, and Urbanization, and our team was thrilled to be part of this significant event.

Iphigenia Keramitsoglou from the National Observatory of Athens showcased our latest progress at the poster session, highlighting the impact of the RethinkAction project as a cross-sectoral planning decision-making platform to foster climate action. It enables users to evaluate historical and future climate trends through Essential Climate Variables (ECVs) and derived indicators, assess vulnerabilities and risks at case study levels, and review adaptation and mitigation strategies. By utilizing local system dynamic models and the WILIAM integrated assessment model, users can generate different policy action scenarios, explore the upscaling effects of local solutions, and create personalized policy recommendations.
